Since Byron's brother and his family were in town we all spent most of the day at the beach. The day started off VERY cold and I was skeptical about staying long. Luckily, after an hour of overcast skies the sun came out and it turned into a beautiful day on the beach. We smeared on the sunscreen and spent a great, fun day with grandpa, grandma, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Katie and Anna had a great time playing in the ice cold water.
There was plenty of playing in the sand.
And exploring the sea life.
Here's a short clip of Katie and Anna playing in the ocean followed quickly by a typical fight between our girls - Katie is mad yelling Madison's first and middle name in an attempt to get her attendion while Madi is completely oblivious to the fight, thinking it's all a game. (54 seconds)
